In-person public service, without the need for prior appointment, is now mandatory for all services!

Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 86/2024, published today, July 9, 2024, determines that all Portuguese public services must guarantee in-person service without prior appointment , and that they provide real-time information about their capacity and waiting time.
